Security Services

Many of our clients place priority in the security of their premises.

Leaving your work premises on the completion of your days’ work, then locking your place of business gives you your own sense of security. Cleaners then will arrive later and unlock, disarm and start their duties. Once completed you can expect the premises to be re-secured by the cleaning personnel/s. Security of your premises is also our concern.

Many sites do not have external monitoring and rely on the last to leave to secure the site. House of Hygiene can offer in addition to the general lock-down by the evening cleaners a roaming licenced security guard to do either an internal check-clear on the premises or an external perimeter check of all doors, windows and fence lines. This is an added bonus to all our Facility Management clients. If your business decides to employ House of hygiene for an array of services, security could become a no-cost option.

ROAMING or STATIC SECURITY GUARDS

On our Full Facility Management (FM) sites House of Hygiene are employed to provide guards services. This is in public used premises like shopping malls, car parks or events.

Our Security guards are all fully licences under the NZSA and have completed the mandatory courses that enabled operating Security or FM business to operate under the prescribe NZ laws.

House of Hygiene does not sub-contract out to outside Security Suppliers as we feel that the complete ownership and care of a client’s premises should be the full responsibility of one FM operator. This then excludes any discrepancies for the client of who is responsible and allows a one service supplier agreement. House of Hygiene acknowledges that clients may wish for electronic monitoring, night security-roaming checks or their security to be contracted separately and only offer our services if needed.

All House of Hygiene Security personnel completed and passed the mandatory NZSA training and gained new 5 year (Green ID Cards) endorsement before the close off date of 1st December 2014.
