Being a full FM business House of Hygiene offers to national cleaning and FM suppliers the option to subcontract their national contracts across to our management. These arrangements benefit the national operators, as they have the assurance that we offer the best structured FM operation within Otago and Southland.

In addition to subcontracting, House of Hygiene can offer advice when outsourcing Facility or Cleaning Services. With Senior Management within the company having over 80 years’ experience in all FM operational matters we can assist with any inquiries and work together to create a RFP/T (Request for Proposal or Tender). This can include;

  • Revamping pre-existing specifications
  • To include a more comprehensive compliance preconditions i.e. H&S and Quality Assurance
  • Assist in reducing your FM/Cleaning cost by recommending advanced modern techniques
  • Providing an impartial overview of minimum standards to service your requirements
  • Introduce sustainable waste management practices including recycling systems with staff training inductions for delivery in recycling product types acceptable for transfer-off premises to refuse/recycle plants
  • Audit of current FM service provider’s delivery and KPI’s

Preventative maintenance systems implemented as part of contract conditions places delivery performances that can be measured at periodical phases over elected dates.
